Park Pointe Homeowner Portal05-02-21
Park Pointe provides a homeowner portal as a convenient way to pay dues online at no charge. Look for a message from Park Pointe in your email with instructions on how to use the portal. If you don't receive an email, simply login at portal.parkpointems.com and click on the "portal log-in" button located in the upper right hand corner of the home screen.
Irrigation Is On Friday, April 23rd04-22-21

Introducing Park Pointe Management Company04-20-21
Hobble Creek HOA has made a transition to a new management company, effective April 26th, 2021. The new manager will be Tyler Wolters. Neighborhood Yard and Lawn Help05-31-2020
There is a group of volunteers that are looking for yard and lawn projects throughout the subdivision for those residents who need assistance. Please contact us on the contact button to the right to let us know if you or someone you know needs help around the yard.
The board has received several complaints throughout Hobble creek of cars being parked up and down the streets. Not only do cars being parked along streets make the neighborhood unsightly, it is not safe for bikers or pedestrians. According to the Hobble Creek CC&R's, "garages are to be used for cars only", once your garage is full of cars then you are allowed to park in the drive way. At no time should vehicles be parked on the street on a permanent basis.
A soon as government restrictions are lifted the HC board is organizing a neighborhood clean up at which time residents will have the opportunity to have unwanted items hauled away for free. If you are currently using your garage as a storage unit and parking your vehicle(s) on the street or outside you are in violation of the rules. Now would be an excellent time to clean and organize your garages so that cars can be parked where they are intended to be parked and not on the streets of Hobble Creek. The HC board is reaching out to educate and inform all residents before enforcement begins.

New Irrigation Emergency Phone Number Available03-09-2020
A new phone number is available for the irrigation emergency line: 208-953-1227. This number should be used if you experience an irrigation emergency outside of regular business hours. Otherwise, call 208-323-4022.

The Hobble Creek Board does not post board information on social media. The Board sends email if we have your email on record, a mailer postcard to advise of important events and special meetings, and mails annual dues invoices.
